bead table from the left |
extra 6 foot table I pulled out to do a holiday show in december. |
the bed table, proper |
Ugh it looks even worse in pictures, & that's saying something.I'm a 'stacker', all over the house. The bead table actually has the most flat available surface of anywhere else, (it's the trays, I can stack them on a shelf, pull out a new one & have a new clean surface to work) scary I know. I'll leave you w/ the list of hop a longs so you can get out of here, quickly!

Funny, that is exactly what my area looks like until I get tired of tripping over it and clean it up (which I did not too long ago). Then it's good for a week or two. I use trays too, I get the unfinished wood ones from Hobby Lobby when they are half off, line them with cork and put a bead mat in them I love my trays!
ReplyDeleteWOWSER! I want to come play at your house!
ReplyDeleteYour space looks like fun! :)
ReplyDeleteThe first and last photos are actually quite inviting. Really like the hat boxes by the way. Have a great day!
ReplyDeletethese are all the vintage hats!
DeleteIs it wrong that I want to come and play with your messy studio goodies? I think messy studios are the most intriguing.
ReplyDeleteOh yes it's messy....but it's wonderful! You know, most people who antique are attracted to what we used to call 'junk holes'...shops that didn't organize, didn't arrange. That was because when you went there and searched through all the auction flats and stuff lying about you found TREASURES! I know there are treasures GALORE in your bead mess! THANKS so much for being a part of the hop!
ReplyDeleteFlat surfaces be damned! I love your Jack Skellington. I did a Jack Skellington duck one time that was hysterical. I know I have a photo of him somewhere....Wonderful studio! ~ Brassy
ReplyDeleteCan I come over too? Wow,what a fabulous collection of stuff!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree with everyone else, I want to come too! Awesome space!
ReplyDeleteWow! I wanna come play too!
ReplyDeleteI'm a stacker too - great tour!
ReplyDeleteToo much fun! Looks a lot like my space, no insult intended by the way. Looks like it would be fun to work in.
ReplyDeleteThere is a lot going on there!, lots of everything, what a fun mess!, can I come and play?
ReplyDeleteI like your hat boxes!!! And I like all your beads. I looked at other entries and I just LOVE those GREEN beads and stone!
ReplyDeleteYou show me a photo of a 'messy room'.. and my brain yells at me 'SKULL!! lol sorry.. love skulls. My brain has been trained to locate and identify skulls and frogs in a way that puts 'Where's Waldo' puzzles to shame ;) lol
ReplyDeleteYou have a very cluttered 'inspirational' workspace ;).. assuming you can nudge enough space clear to work ;) lol
btw... your 'fish pond' app on the side bar of your blog scared the crap outta me >< I'm looking at photos and out of the corner of my eye, this black thing wiggles across the screen...I almost smacked my screen thinking it was a bug! lol
Loved it, it's StackTastic! I'm comfortable with messes, whereas I can't relax in a place that's too clean and tidy... I'm weird that way.
ReplyDeletewow, you have so much stuff but it really does seem organized!
ReplyDeleteI say PILES RULE!!! Without piles I'd be lost.
ReplyDeletetoo funny! I didn't want to leave....lots of goodies in there! Love the old cat clock to the right on your blog :)) and the fish!
ReplyDeleteJack! I see you. You made me laugh with the "proper".
ReplyDeleteWow, you've got lots of stuff!! I would have so much fun prowling through that room!! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fun workspace you've got going! I love the hat boxes. I agree with the other posters - we all need to come over and "play"!
ReplyDeleteI love your mess....I wish I had those wonderful hat boxes and how cool your flag in your work room. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteSonya
A stacker, eh? Sounds like me. I never really thought about it, but I do have leaning towers all over the house myself. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one! Thanks for sharing your space.
ReplyDeleteYou have an awesome space to create in! I loved seeing all the mess! You have a ton of goodies all around! You are blessed! LOL Thanks for sharing your space with us!
